The Academy are launching a new Behaviour Policy for players. You can download a copy of the policy on the Safeguarding & Player Care department page on this site. The policy will come into effect as of Tuesday 9th November.

Thank you to all those who took the time to respond to our first Parent Voice survey of the season last month - the response rate was 48.22%.

The Operations & Player Care departments have worked to feedback all of the date gathered to our staff. A summary of your responses were presented to all staff at a recent CPD event, and Heads of Department have looked at where and how they incorporate your feedback into improving the Academy programme.

AiSCOUT Safeguarding Concern

Dear Parents,

We have been made aware of an app call AiSCOUT.

The idea is that it is used by professional scouts to get details of potential players. Players upload their details and videos for scouts to view. The EFL were completely unaware of the app until we brought it to their attention, and they and the FA and PFA are now looking into it.
