• Being unfamiliar with the system, which is preventing any video analysis occurring.
• Videos not showing in the ‘videos’ section.
Please include details of:
• Which device (iPhone, iPad, Computer, other) you are using and experiencing issues with.
• Give details on which internet browser you use, if you are using a computer.
• Whether you are using the Hudl app on mobile devices.
• Specific issues that are occurring, preferably with relevant screenshots.
• Which videos the issues specifically relate to, if not all videos.
