They won their last group match 1-0 against Henan Province Experimental thanks to a goal by George Hall.
Blues were a not as free-scoring as previously as the heat and humidity caught up with the side.
But they did enough to make it three victories out of three and book a place in the competition's last four.
After a resounding opening group game victory, they followed up with a 7-1 success against Chongqing No. 7.
They triumphed 7-1 with goals by Connor Barratt, Cianole Nguepissi, Harley Hamilton, Amarie Brown (two), James Matthews and Aidan Finnegan.
The boys have also immersed themselves in Chinese culture during the trip.
Their latest match was preceded by a tour of the Forbidden City, the Chinese imperial palace dating back to the Ming dynasty, and Tiananmen Square.
Blues opened up their participation in the Beijing International Schools Cup with a resounding 6-0 win.
They defeated Xi'an Tie Yi District with three goals in each half and there was a spread of goalscorers, too: those hitting the back of the net were Amarie Brown, Harvey Siddall, Cianole Nguepissi, Aidan Finnegan, Connor Barratt and Angus McDermott.
Blues Under-14s are representing the Club in the competition, the first time the Academy has been to China.
